CANCELLATION
๐ธ Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders. Any claimed or "mined" item must be paid on the stated deadline of payment (DOP).
๐ธ The reservation form must be filled up 24 hours after receiving it.
If you wish to cancel due to personal reasons, you will have to pay for CANCELLATION FEE which is 50% of the total amount of your order.
๐ธ You will be posted as a bogus buyer/joy reserver in case of NON-PAYMENT of cancellation fee or downpayment.
Payment
๐ธ Payment options are GCASH, BDO, and BPI only.
I do not accept other forms of payment method since I am also working full time and the mentioned payment options are the most convenient methods for me. I hope you understand.
๐ธ Payments made through GCASH can be acknowledged right away and be reflected in the Masterlist as soon as possible. For BDO and BPI payments, please give the seller 1-2 working days to verify your payment since it may not reflect real-time.
๐ธ The shop offers super flexible DOP terms already. If you are required to pay with DEADLINES, please make sure to send your payments ON OR BEFORE the deadline.
๐ธ ANY LATE PAYMENTS shall be charged a Php 50.00 per day.
I can give an extension for a maximum of 5 DAYS from the Deadline of payment only if you have a VALID REASON like hospitalization, death of relatives, and other emergencies enough to make you financially unable to pay your dues. Proof of photo for your claimed reason might be asked from you for verification purposes. I donโt want this extension to be abused by fake reasonings or lies.
๐ธ If an extension was already given to you, YOU CAN NO LONGER REQUEST FOR ANOTHER EXTENSION. Whatever the personal reason you have, YOU NEED TO SETTLE YOUR PENDING DUE/S.
๐ธ Non-payment even after the extension will automatically incur LATE PAYMENT FEES that should be settled together with your pending. Refusal to pay FEEs will result in NON-SHIPMENT of your orders once it arrives in the PH ADD.
๐ธ Please understand that the shop is a STARTING SHOP and it can not afford Late Payments since the shop also has monthly dues that should be settled ON TIME. Therefore, I hope we can ALL BE RESPONSIBLE in paying our pending AT ALL TIMES.
You will be posted as a bogus buyer if you fail to pay any full payment.
Return/Refund
๐ธ Product dents are NOT subject for return/refund. In any case your item acquired dents while in transit to PH it will be fully disclosed to you prior local shipping.
๐ธ Refusal to accept dented items is not allowed since as Iโve said, the seller has no control over International Shipping. And since the shop is a starting shop, I do not order in bulk. So we have to work on what is available. HOWEVER, your item will be packed well to avoid further damage.
๐ธ You will be refunded in FULL if you have paid for an OUT-OF-STOCK item.
๐ธ CANCELLATION due to delays of the product is NOT allowed.
๐ธ NO REFUNDS to any parcel lost or damaged by a local courier.
๐ธ If you happen to receive a wrong item by mistake or have missing items in your parcel, please contact the seller DIRECTLY. In cases like such, the seller will require you to provide a CONTINUOUS UNBOXING VIDEO. Once a mistake is verified, the seller will ask you to return the item if any, at SELLER'S EXPENSE.
๐ธ SELLER will send you the correct/missing item (AT SELLER'S EXPENSE).
๐ธ NO CONTINUOUS UNBOXING, NO RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND.
๐ธ Rest assured, packing & masterlist will be strictly monitored to avoid error in shipping.
Local Shipment
๐ธ Local couriers available are J&T Express, LBC, and Shopee Checkout (SCO) only.
If it is not listed in the choices, then it is not available in the seller's location.
๐ธ You must fill up the shipping form that can be found in the shop's website. NO SHIPPING FORM, NO SHIPMENT.
๐ธ SHIPPING FEES MUST BE PAID within 72 hours after receipt of computation. In case of failure to settle LSF, policy about UNCLAIMED ITEM shall apply.
๐ธ Shipping will start 2-4 days after filling up the Shipping Form.
๐ธ Shipment will only take place if you have already settled your remaining balance, local shipping and other fees.
๐ธ For Shopee Checkout (SCO), you must acknowledge the risk. Lost parcel from this checkout is not the sellerโs liability.
๐ธ SCO link will be sent to you via Direct Message once all payments are settled.
๐ธ J&T & shipping fees must be settled prior to shipping of your items. NO LSF payment, NO SHIPPING.
๐ธ COMBINED SHIPPING can be arranged. Only if your items are soon to be on hand, or both parties give permission via DM or thru email.
๐ธ ANY LOST/DAMAGE of parcel caused by any of the local courier is NOT the seller's liability.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN CASE OF LOST/DAMAGE via Shopee Checkout.
๐ธ For J&T and LBC, you will be refunded based on the DECLARED AMOUNT only.
๐ธIn case of Return to sender parcel, seller will require the buyer to pay for a processing/reshipment fee based on the following:
๐ธFor local shipment: Php 200/parcel
๐ธFor overseas shipment: Php 750/parcel
Unclaimed item
๐ธ Once your item or order arrives in the seller's PH ADDRESS, you have to settle your remaining balance, local shipping fees, and any other fees immediately.
๐ธ You will be informed thru DM, EMAIL, AND/OR VIA TEXT MESSAGE upon the arrival of your order/s.
๐ธ FAILURE TO SETTLE ANY REMAINING BALANCES/FEES within 7 days after the arrival of your items in the sellerโs local address means you are already abandoning your order.
๐ธ Strictly NO โFOR KEEPINGโ of any items (paid or partially paid).
The seller is working only in a limited space. The shop can not accommodate โPATAGOโ items as we donโt have enough space for that.
๐ธ The shop can only keep small items for 14 days but only 7 days for large items. If items are still not claimed after that duration, that means YOU ARE ALREADY ABANDONING YOUR ITEM TOO.
Abandoning your item means you give the seller permission to RESELL your items.
๐ธ NOTE that any payment/s made previously are NON-REFUNDABLE.
๐ธ Any abandoned item will be sold to others immediately, if the shop found a buyer, sorry to say that the original buyer is already not entitled to ANY further negotiation with regards to his/her item.
Estimated arrival of items
๐ธ ETA mean "Estimated Time of Arrival". From the word "Estimate", please consider that your order may arrive earlier or later than the ETA.
๐ธ All products offered are under NORMAL ETA so the boxes are being shipped via cargo ships. This means that your item/s will arrive 4-6 weeks after leaving KR ADDRESS.
๐ธ Note that the shop process orders by BOX. You can check what box number your orders are in the shop's masterlist.
๐ธ ANY DELAY on the ETA is already out of the seller's control. Please make sure that you are willing to wait.
๐ธ Impatient buyers are not welcome here. If you are not willing to wait, please do not order.
